Manually Remove Your Browser's Cookies

Important things you should know:

  • Please note that, if you use more than one type of browser (Internet Explorer/Firefox) or more than one computer to surf the Internet, you may have to remove cookies in each browser and on each computer you use.
  • If you come back to MyQL.com you may receive new cookies.
  • If you wish to avoid receiving new cookies, you may adjust your browser or security settings to reject cookies. However, choosing to reject cookies may prevent you from viewing the MyQL website properly.
  • MyQL only supports Internet Explorer 8 or higher. To see what version of Internet Explorer you're using, open it up, click "Help" at the top, and then click "About Internet Explorer."

Are you using Internet Explorer 8?

  1. With the browser open, click Tools in the menu bar.
  2. Click Internet Options.
  3. On the General tab, check the Delete Browsing History box.
  4. Click Delete.

Are you using Internet Explorer 9?

  1. With the browser open, click Tools in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click Safety, and then click Delete Browsing History.
  3. Check the Temporary Internet Files and Cookies boxes.
  4. Click Delete.

Are you using Firefox?

  1. With the browser open, click Tools in the menu bar.
  2. Click Options and select the Privacy icon.
  3. In the Cookies section, click Show Cookies. Click Remove All Cookies and close the dialogue box.

Are you using Chrome?

  1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
  2. Click Show advanced settings.
  3. In the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
  4. In the Cookies" section, you have the option to delete your cookies.
